Membership

Membership Fees help finance club insurance and the maintenance of the Metchosin Equestrian Riding Ring and surrounding areas including: 

  • Grandstand & clubhouse repairs.
  • Ring rails and footing maintenance
  • Grounds upkeep.
  • Club website and clubhouse repairs

Membership Fees

$25.00      Adult     

$15.00      Junior 

$10.00      Club Support - non rider/non-voting

$50.00      Instructor - must provide proof of insurance

$50.00      Affiliate Club - must provide membership list etc. (see forms below) 

What is Required to be an MES Member

  • Scan and email FORMS & WAIVERS to: mesmembers@gmail.com
  • E-transfer your fee (s) to:                         mesmembers@gmail.com
  • In the message window of your e-transfer state what your fee is for, i.e. - membership, clinic, show, etc.
  • Phone photographs will NOT be accepted!
  • Complete the following documents which have to be legible in order to be processed!
  • PLEASE PRINT CLEARLY
  • Membership forms and fees are due by January 1st of each calendar year.
  • MES will accept membership's throughout the current year.

To engage in any horse related activity in the Riding Ring and/or surrounding leased areasCoaches, Riders and Handlers are required to be current members ofHorse Council BC (HCBC)    www.hcbc.ca or hold alternate appropriate insurance.
